Telephoning for Test Results or Advice

For most tests, please phone after 11 am 3-5 days later, and ask the receptionist for the results. Because of confidentiality we can't give some results by phone, and will only give results to the patient. X-ray results take 7-10 days to reach us and smear tests take 2-4 weeks.

We welcome comments, suggestions or any complaints about any aspect of the service or your care.

For issues relating to the medical practice:
We welcome any constructive comments on how our services could be improved, please contact the Practice Manager.

The practice operates an in-house complaints procedure. If you wish to make a complaint please contact the Practice Manager or one of the Doctors.

For issues relating to the services of other members of the Primary Health Care Team you can either:
